HELP!!

I just got the Blue Orb in the mail and I took the stock heat sink off my 3D Prophet 2 MX. now when I go to put on the Blue Orb I cant because there are things sticking up. I am quite new to this whole thing. has anyone put a Blue Orb of a 3D Prophet 2 MX? Have I shot myself in the foot here? please help.

What do you mean things sticking up? Plastic pegs? If they're plastic pegs you can push them in tighter then squeeze the bottom with a pair of pliers and push back out the other way. I installed the Blue Orb without a hitch so I doubt it can be altogether too hard for a hardware novice. Just be careful.

what I mean by things sticking up are things that are sodered down? *thinking* they look like capacitors. I just checked Hercules' site and they have a picture of the 3D Prophet 2 MX but it looks nothing like my card. they dont have all the capacitors sticking up on mine there are 3 large ones and 16 small ones. the 3 largeones as well as one of the small ones are the ones that are blocking the Blue Orb from seating properly on the card. Should I call Guillemot and request an exchange? please help me out.. thanks
