i would beef up the production of sam adams, guiness, and bass. these beers would be provided by the pseudo-government. the national anthem would be inna gadda davida. there would be music festivals in the streets on a weekly basis. dialup connections would be banned. hatred and violence would be strongly discouraged by the masses to the point where they only exist as ideas. couples would no longer argue. ppl wouldnt rely so much on vanity. ppl would be courteous by nature. ppl would only be sad long enough to be thankful for when they are happy.
