Internet Keyboard Pro/Optical Mouse combo

Did anyone get this combo with the $20 mail in rebate? I was wondering does anyone know where to send this rebate? I've been searching and searching but I cannot seem to find where to mail this in... It's the microsoft internet pro keyboard and optical mouse bundle.

however! the mouse's box top (w/barcode) was covered by a sticker saying " this is part of a bundle not to be sold separately blah blah blah" but now how do i have the 2 proof of purchase!?????
