Yea, if you clicked on this, hopefully you know what it is. I was wondering if anyone knows of any type of treatment that works well for alopecia areata besides corticosteroid injections. thanks a lot.

Not sure if that means "goin bald" (cause I am), but there is always the dreaded "comb over" and then there is Mr. Popeil's Spray on Hair (which actually doesn't look bad!)

i think this is the disease where your fingers turn white and go all stiff? two of the women i play softball with have that problem, tho i don't know what they do to treat it.

actually, it is going bald, but its not like something a middle aged man would experience. the hair falls out in patches for no apparent reason. it usually happens to kids and teens, and there are ways of making the hair come back. just wondering if anyone knows what those ways are

I just did some work for a company that is going to be releasing a new hair loss treatment. It is medical and done in an office, but is quick and not like transplants.

I'm expecting it should cost about $700-1000 for a yearly treatment.

Once it gets announced, I can say more and not violate any agreements.
