Gateway 6400 Server Rails

Beside Gateway, who charges $30 for 1 kit, is there any place I can go to get additional rails?

Probably not - but you can check at http://www.blackbox.com. They carry everything rack-related. $30 is pretty darn cheap for a rail kit tho - I don't think you'll find anything cheaper...
