APEX DVD MP3 Player for $89.99

Hi I was wondering if anyone has bought the APEX DVD through the phone number that they gave you? and for those who did, did you guys recieve it yet?

I dunnno, I'm pretty skeptical, but their business seems to be good......I called about 10 minutes ago (2:15 AM !!!) and they were there waiting to take an order.........so I don't know.....anyone get it?

Well, I ordered one too. I figured that it'll be good experience for my friends and I to sue their collective butts for fraud, both Internet (since it was an email) and Telecommunications (since we called them and they confirmed the deal over the phone). And if they take more than $89 from our accounts, then they will also have to deal with bank fraud, which is a federal crime.

Also, since they sent the email to people everywhere, they can pretty much be sued in any state (because they are soliciting business in numerous states).

Finally, for those of you that ordered the Apex DVD Player, did you remember hearing a beep approximately every 30 seconds (listen carefully)? I heard it and that usually means they are taping the conversation (they cannot tape the conversation unless they either tell you or they have the beep), which is great for anyone buying this, since they will have a voice archive of the conversation and can confirm both the price and the deal they offered.

So, all in all, if we don't receive it or do not get our money back, then we have a massive class action lawsuit against them.

I recalled from reading one of the Apex 600A forums, people were hinting these were a scam.
