S: epipo not paying out

I have had over $25 (now at $29.12) for over two months now and they haven't paid me yet! I emailed them many times and have NEVER received a response.
On the homepage it says, "latest news" which I clicked on and it says that they will be paying people starting in like May (a few months ago not next May).

I have their number!! Who can call them?; maybe someone who can make calls for free on their computer?

I would like to know when they will send payments.

Also, when are they planning to update their "latest news" section on their site; it is from April!!
