Del Mar Fair

hey i just got back from the del mar fair. any other san diegans go there? the guy who jumped 22 cars on his motorcycle attempting to set a new world record didnt make it. he told us "i havent made a practice jump, i havent even ridden my bike here until now" well the guy (Bubba) missed the landing ramp, did a few flips, but he was alive still. hes in hospital now..anyone else go see this?

the current world record bike jump is 227 feet and was set while on the air under bluetorch's supervision (you notice how quickly i become the company bitch?). the guy actually passed over a barn and a few big rigs while in the air for a very very long time. i forget the bikers name, but he let's just say shortly after "landing" he was airlifted to a hospital. i didn't go to the Fair this year or last year though.

I didn't go to the fair either, although I would have liked to see that motorcycle stunt. Prominx, was that the guy who busted his face on his handlebars when he landed? I saw that one. Pretty gruesome. :thumbup:

That's the guy...it was pretty funny. They showed it like 10 times back to back, and my roommate and I couldn't stop laughing. There he was rolling and bleeding while all the people were measuring the distance of the jump.
