What is the 800 # to call for phone orders?
bolt.com is telling me that my customer_email field isn't filled in correctly... there is no e-mail field at checkout.

I waited until it timed out everytime, because it does things through MTS, which means you get put in line until it can process you. So be patient, and hopefully you'll get the order, it took about 15 mins to go from click on checkout to order confirmation.

Just talked to a friend of mine, works at NOC here in columbus, and said about 1 request per second is going through for *.bolt.com. I guess the word spread out pretty well. Also, it appears alot of malicious data is passing through to them. So if you are an idiot out there ping bombing them or flooding them, cut it out. We would all like to get out orders in. At this rate, nothing will be processed and we will be returning stuff.

SORRY FOR MY LANGUAGE BUT I AM SO PISSED OFF AT BOLT. I JUST SPOKE TO A NICE PHONE CSR NAMED BRIAN AND HE SAID THAT NO ONE CAN MAKE AN ORDER. ALL ORDERS ARE BEING CANCELED RIGHT NOW AS SOON AS YOU PRESS THE SUBMIT BUTTON. HE TOOK DOWN MY INFO FOR A CHANCE OF ME GETTING AN $100 GC, BUT HE SAID IF I WANNA MAKE AN ORDER, I GOTTA MAKE IT TOMMOROW. SO MUCH FOR THAT PROMOTION, I KNEW IT HAD TO BE A SCAM FROM THE START
he said its "just a technical difficulty" that theyre having. I was like" Why are they doing this though?" and he just said he really can't tell me. It's so obvious that this was purposely done. When I talked to a friend of mine, she said she wasnt even at checkout and when she clicked on the wishlist it said "your order has been canceled." Of course they encouraged us to use THEIR resources, becuase then they see what time everyone will make their orders and thats when they take their site down and everywhere you click, it'll just say "your order has been canceled"
I'm at the last stage of checking out and every time I submit the order, sure enough doesn't a "you order has been cancelled" sign come up! I'll keep trying for a little while more though :-(

I just got through the order process of waiting about 15 minutes to have an error pop up your order has been cancelled. I then checked my email and it looks like it was placed 6324xx.

Would someone just say WHAT the 800# is? Is that so hard? Plenty of people are trying to get in on this and it sounds like it my be our last hope!
If they cancel all orders they are going to be in a world of hurt for some serious lawsuits for false advertising, I say.

I just got my e-mail order confirmation #632550. 5 DVDs, came to $100.60 and free shipping (ground).
Looks good so far. As for the email address inquiry, they asked for your e-mail when you registered the first time, so it should already be on file.
How are people getting their cancellations?
