this was today.

Then I ended up doing over 20 in a 30 hour period!!

Is that approaching a record?

Why can't the workers make the sandwiches right? I have to grade the sandwiches and they are almost always made wrong or assembled wrong. Sucks that I have to bust these people for it, but they should have been doing it right.

At least the locations are fairly clean.

I go into a lot of different places like this.

Sometimes, I am the guest at the hotel who is throwing around a lot of cash (and woe to you if you pocket it and don't ring it up). Other times, I am the hurried patron at the gas station who actually does care where the money goes. In a bar, you think I am taking notes during a business call, or sketching on my pad, but really, I am noting all drinks and how much was rung up.

At fast food places, I note when the sign and the register don't match and where the service bogs down (sometimes because management is too cheap to hire enough people).

At apartments, I hint that I might be a racist and wait for the manager to brag about the ethnic couple they wouldn't rent to.

I might seem like your pal, some poor jerk, a rich executive, a clueless guy at a computer store or whatever else I want you to believe so I will see how you treat people like that.

Of course, it isn't all punitive. This next week, I will have two $100 checks in my pocket. If you emphasize the new sales campaign (won't say what type of store), then I will hand you the check. If you don't, then I will just be a regular customer and you will never know :(

I'm pretty sure it's not his job,
But i hate it when they make the sandwiches wrong, see the thing is i have no custom instruction on how to assemble my burger (when i used to eat att hose type of places), but my friends would always ask, no mayo, and they would get mayo, or no pickles, and they stil wuld get pickles, so we would always either go back, or i'd hear the bitching while the mayo was scarped off or the pickles carefully thrown out of the car

Actually, it IS my job. The problem is that it doesn't pay well at all. Further, I generally have to advance my own money (like for the McDonalds project) so they are into me for a few hundred and it takes them a couple months to pay.

Well, I found my first really disgusting practices today.

Rat Turd in the entree and dish rag in the soda (BOTH at the same place!!)

Guess who's getting written up with the Health Department.

I believe their two "New Tastes" items for this month are:

Feces Pieces McFlurry and e-Bol-a Chili
