Having another discussion with a misinformed young lad... he insists that guys ONLY give oral sex to women to keep them satisfied.

He says: "no guy seriously enjoys that. they do it for retribution or the reaction from the girl."

I say: "they enjoy the reaction... therefore they are doing it for themself."

He says: "they do it because they know you will enjoy. there is a world of difference."

He also says, "the guy usually "titillates" the breasts for the girl, not for himself".

So... let's have a little discussion. Any guys out there enjoy giving oral sex to a woman? Or do you do it only because she likes it, and you get no pleasure whatsoever?

There was a time, when I was younger and stupid(er), when I HATED going down on women. But over the years, I've found that not only is it a huge turn on for me, is fun, she enjoys it, is easy, and gets me favors in return, but it can be just as subtle and involved as regular sex. :cool: I find it great that people are so comfortable with their bodies and sexuality these days, but there ARE people who come from really conservative backgrounds.

The Chinese culture is very conservative and insular -- the older generations might physically live in this country, but they still subscribe to the value system of the old country.

It's also how they were raised. It's what they know, so that's what they pass on. Most of the stick-in-the-muds want their kids to study hard, go to a good college, study law or medicine :rolleyes:, make bucketloads of money, and buy them a house and car. It's just how things are done. :shrug:

a girl i used to work with was korean. her parents had come here straight from korea (now, they run a sushi restaurant in the empire state bldg).

anyway, she is like buying them a house, and whenever we'd be out shopping, she'd buy them random things -- socks, for example.

it was just weird. i mean, we all admired her greatly for it, and she was a very sweet person, but for those of us who aren't from that culture, it just seems so completely bizarre because here she's doing EVERYTHING for her parents (can't they buy their own socks?? :2far: ) whereas for americans, the attitude seems to be "my parents should be doing stuff for me"

(although my attitude is "my parents should leave me alone and let me do my own thing" :heh: )

well, from my experience - strict is a very relative term. What is valued varies as well. For me, growing up (Korean, 1.5 generation), I had no vacation, I had no free time. study study study - and when it's vacation and all your friends are playing, you should be studying harder so you can be better than them!
yeah, that's just the life of a kid back in Korea - so they figured it should be the same with me...shrug.
they started me on coffee early, so i could stay up and study.
and to go out with friends or girlfriend back when i was young, I needed to tell them i had a 'group project'.

now...
it's like - "come live with us! we'll buy a couple acres and build a house for us, another house for your sister, and another house for you. and when you guys get married, we can take care of your children", etc.etc.etc.
oh, being the only guy, it's cultural that I take care of them in their old age - as in bring them into my house, and live with them, and so on and so forth.

It's cultural that the SON takes care of them in their old age. Unfortunately, my brother is THIRTEEN, so my folks have pinned all hopes -- and burdens -- on me, since I'm the eldest. :rolleyes: I should remind them that I'm just a "helpless female," huh? :P
