Ok my buddy bought a computer and it came with Microsoft office 2000 Small Bussiness edition cd and license pack, of course it is shrink wraped.
Now he gave it to me cause he has office 2000 premium, so now i am stuck with that shrinkwraped office 2000 SBE pack, is it legal to sell it on e-bay? or can i get my ass in a world of shit by doing that?

As I understand the way Fry's does it, it has to be bundled with hardware. However, the loophole is that it doesn't have to be "good" or "valuable" hardware.
I am sure you can find a hard drive or motherboard to sell it with that will cost you under $5
Then sell as a bundle.
You can wink and nudge all you want as long as you don't come out and admit the secret.

It is the same with "escorts". They can talk about how "friendly" and "open minded" they are and the fact that they speak foreign languages like French and Greek, but they just can't actually say that you are paying for sex.
