They suck.
They screw around with me with out of stock lies...grrr
I was supposed to get a digital camera by the end of last month, but UPS screws me over. So, ok, it's ups's fault...
so I call 800.com, and they're like sorry bout that, we'll ship you a new one asap, overnight. Which was good, cause I wanted it by the 4th of July.....it was the monday before.
I wait, I wait...crap, it doesn't come by the 4th...so maybe it was screwed around by UPS again, and I'll get it on thurs....still no camera.
Finally I call them on friday, and ask what's going on, and the customer service rep says that the camera was out of stock. WTF! they don't even notify me that it's out of stock, and they just leave the order unattended. punks. So, they also tell me there's a note saying that they should upgrade the product and send me a camera that's better. I was thinking that it was worth the trouble...ok, but then the customer service guy says that they just received 2 into their warehouse today. HA!
so, I say ok, just send me the stupid thing, and you guyz said I would get it overnight. I want it by tomorrow. They're giving me this sh*t about how they're ordering/warehouse method might delay it so that I won't get it tomorrow. I say, hurry up and do it now.
Freakin losers send it out UPS.....2 day.

I e-mail them complaining.
they e-mail me back with the 'they're forwarding this to the right people' garbage.

don't order from 800.com. their customer service SUCKS.
they're 'e-commerce' just doesn't work....
