Does no one think this is hot?

If you deposit $1000 into a money market account that yields around 3% interest, combined with the $100 bonus after 6 months, this will add up to around 22% APR.

Not too bad plus little to no risk on your deposit.

Do they penalize you if you don't trade?

I know Datek charges you a certain fee if there
is no trade activity for an extended period of time.
