Ah, I understand the skepticism in this post, but I was skeptical too when I first tried Tofutti. A friend of mine is a Vegan vegetarian, and he always has a thing of Tofutti in his freezer.

Anyhow, the ice cream does have an excellent taste. If you ask me I couldn't tell the difference between frozen yogurt and Tofutti. The one thing they did was sweeten it up a little, but still has an excellent flavor. I highly suggest you all try this. And after all it's free, how bad is that?

I actually started eating this before I stopped eating dairy, and it's great. My whole family eats it. Great taste(much better than normal soy based ice creams).
and for anyone else reading this who doesn't eat dairy, try tofutti's cream cheese and cheeses, very good.

if i try it i dont think i could get past the knowledge that it is tofu masked as ice cream .. is there anything that they won't try to imitate w/tofu?
