Oh my. I still think that price is a bit steep.

Ya, the price is steep, but damn. Pretty neat to have a case like that.

The art on the case is what cost the most. The case and fans are not much at all. If you want the art though you will pay for it. For me being an artist myself I felt the extra $300 for the airbrushing was a steal. That would have been about 20-30 (if I didnt screw up) hours for me and my time is worth much more than that.
I just though you would like know my thought process. Hope you like the review!

Normally i find cases rather dull and lame.. and when i read how pricey this thing was i was about to just close the web browser, and then i saw it.... and OMIGOD. Thats case freakin' rules! i love the Venom pic too. and all those specs and what not. quality stuff. I'm seriously looking into getting one of these cases now. Thanks!

To tell you the truth, I think a big black and red painted case is pretty damn tacky looking. I mean, the whole idea is cool, but I just find the thing pretty damn ugly. But that's just my opinion. :)

who actually spends $600+ on video card upgrades in a year. No one. As far as spending $775, you must just have money coming out of your butt, that's insane.... and by the way, I too think it turned out a little on the ugly side...(superhero does look cool though)

i should paint my case and ebay it off for 300 bucks.. =P

well, it looks a hell of a lot better then when I took a can of FlexStone and painted my case, forgeting important things like sanding and priming.
Actually, it was kind of cool, now that I think on it.

If you like superheros and have nothing better to do with your money, how about giving the money to a woman's shelter or a homeless shelter. You will feel a lot cooler for a lot longer that if you bought a fancy case. And to the people you help you will be a real true live hero, even if they don't know who you really are (who was that masked man?).

It's a nice looking case....I would NEVER have the money for it....but that would be tight to have!

Time to buy some spray paint and write an article about how to Mod your case :)

I decided to spring for it and will be getting my case soon.
I hope it turns out as nice as yours did Darth.
Come on guys this case is worth more than $700 go out and buy one. I doubt you'll ever need/want another case.
Darth how is the noise on the case?

Eh, it looks pretty tight I think *BUT* I'd rather spend that kind of money on new hardware, rather than a case that I'll rarely ever see unless I'm turning on or turning off my computer. I mean - I'm all for having an *original* design case instead of the plain 'ol beige, but I'd tend to go the "put some wicked stickers" and other stuff on the case, instead of painting it which is permanent *or* paying a large amount of money (IMO) to buy a specially-designed case.
Then again, it's your money and your case to enjoy...so if you like it - well that's all that counts of course. But I'd rather get a GeForce 3, another gig of RAM, another hard drive or two...etc. with that money myself. That's just me though. ;)

thats really steep for a $70 case.
especially since a lian li pc70 can be had for around $150 less.
better quality, better looks (in my opinion), nearly half the price.
