WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE!!!
Easily the worst service product I have ever purchased: anything, not just wireless service. I dropped 80% of my calls, their CS was non-existent, just a total nightmare. Apparently, the 405 is one huge dead zone, as is: downtown LA, ALL of Newport Beach, lots of the Inland Empire, Big patches of Costa Mesa...the list goes on and on. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT PCS! Duly warned.

I haven't had any problems with Sprint service. I live in the west SFV, where complete coverage pretty much ends, but I've been very happy with the service. I was thinking of going to pacific bell because they seem to have some great deals now (including unlimited mobile-to-mobile). But I'm not in a rush to switch.
