Hmmm....is anyone else having trouble putting that $10 off $10 coupon into their cart? It's not working under IE, so I installed Netscape thinking IE got screwed up, and I still get the same thing..

Used that coupon tice in the past week and so far have not had a problem.... although I did not get my stuff yet either

i've used the $10 off $10 for newbs and the $10 off $15 for existings. no problems with either one.

Odd..i'm trying to put it into my basket, but it doesn't show up..maybe i'll try it on another computer later on.

what i did was just have my shopping cart open in one window, so i was logged on, and open the link for the coupon directly in another window. here are the links:

just open that and click on the red button that says click here to redeem. you should be all set after that...

Sometimes when I get rid of the cookies file junk I can successfully use a new or old coupon

Man..I tried everything. I did get in on this coupon early today, but when I tried putting the coupon in again, no luck. (for the second time). I deleted cookies, installed Netscape, restarted my pc, anything you can think of. When you guys add it to your basket, does it show up in your basket? (I know it's supposed to, but maybe their site is screwy right now...).

Awhile back that happened to me, I just called them up old school style on the phone. The lady was nice and she hooked me up with the coupon...so maybe ya should just give that a try.
