three: these record companies will tout these CDs as "enhanced", and will charge more for it, justifying it that copyright protection makes the production costs skyrocket, so their hands are bound from stopping price increases,
four: ive all but stopped buying new CDs since 1995, opting to go to the momandpop stores that sell used CDs instead. For under half the price i still get an excellent copy. I just buy new ones if its something i REALLY REALLY MUST HAVE NOW,
five: HAH HAH HAH HAH HAH! they think they can stop us??? HAH HAH HAH HAH! thats a good one! (snicker)
I totally agree with you man, for every smart ass there is another even smarter ass (that's us)

Think of it this way. We (at least I am) getting songs without paying for it. Songs that I might have bought had I not been able to download it. As far as I'm concerned, the record company should try to stop that. Heck, I would if I were them. Anyways, it just makes the game more fun when your opponent plays well. :johnwoo2:

Let's not forget that the music industry started charging more for CD's to "recoop their investment" in the new CD machinery. They promised prices would come down after they got their investment back. Well fellow suckers, the prices never dropped. They have made many times their "investment" back with the inflated prices. When they try to tell you that they have to charge more, don't let them get away with it.
I had already stopped buying new CDs more than a year ago. With the exception of Beatles music. I bougy 3 new Beatles CDs in the past year and a half, and that's it. If it costs them more to persicute fair use of copyright (that's right I said it, fair use) than to ignore it, they will have no choice but to allow it.
Boycott the CD producers! Make the music industry suffer for their arrogence.
