SB live 5.1 oem vs non-oem

is there any difference between the two. I know some of the earlier versions of the oem (ie pre 5.1) didn't have the internal spdif connector. any input would be great

If you get the 5.1 version of the thing I don't think you get anything else different but the software package....

I just received an OEM 5.1 today and have a retail 5.1 in my rig.
