Now this is just my opinion, but I would advise getting a 300W PS if you plan to run a T-bird system. Just my experience with those has shown that they require a good amount of juice.

and if you get a new power supply go with furtron source, i love those things, great power supplies in my opinion

AMD approved for Athlon processors up to 1000MHz, but PCs for Everyone only recommends this power supply for AMD Athlons up to 950MHz since the newest Athlon 1000+ MHz CPUs that are being made in Dresden now have a higher internal core voltage requirement. Of course this power supply will work fine on any Intel Pentium-III based computer system. *Note: this power supply is not available for AMD 1000+MHz systems.

250 watts may be on the borderline for systems under 1 GHZ
