On August 10-16th, MD is gonna get rid of their already low 5% sales tax (eat your heart out californians =P) on clothes that are $100 or less...

Man I would be pissed if I were a retailer here in Maryland. They have to reconfigure all their computers for one week of 5% off.

Nonetheless, I know what my gf has planned for THAT week :)

That's kinda dumb, its was like that here in New York, for a week then it became permenant.

Drive across the border to PA. We don't have sales tax on clothes anytime. To top it off, they give us two weeks out of the year that are tax free on PC purchases.
