I was just wondering if anyone knew if you have a ATA 100 hd, and then put a CDROM as a slave on the same cable, if that slows down the hard drives speed? I had them on seperate cables for awhile, but that took away my ability to do CD to CD copies with my CDRW. I'm not sure if it's my imagination, but it might be running slower. If someone knows any details, let me know. Thanks!
