View Full Version : Bolt not honoring CSR orders???
What is this another comp4sure deal?? I didnt see any rabbits......... growl. I just got off the phone with BOLT and they stated "Those CRS's who took names and times of people who coudln't get through were MISINFORMED and therefore the phone orders will NOT be count, only those who got through on the webpage will be honored." bull**** ...... i was on the phone with the CSR _WHILE_ i was on the computer. the CSR told me to LOG OFF and just try later and he'd take my info. Any suggestions?

Hopefully you got the name of the CSR you talked to... if you did, dig around their site and try to find a CEO's name, something-- then write a POLITE, but assertive letter stating you were specifically told something and are being jerked around (in better terms!!) by another of their staff.
CEOs don't like getting letters from peons, and as such they usually take action pretty fast. PayPal was screwing me around for a charge that disappeared into the ether and I wrote the CEO a letter about it and had a message on my voicemail at work within 2 days saying it was straightened out. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/wink.gif

Bolt can't seem to get their answers straight. s/w dan yesterday and he said "we are instructed" to get email, name, time you attempted to place order, etc..
Brian today said only those order placed during the winnning hour get the $100. I mentioned I s/w dan and wanted to place an order on the phone during that winning hour but dan refused. Brian was quiet about this. He says those who called will find more info nxt few days. His boss, nick, will be in Tues.
I don't remember the specific wordings of the rule. Looks like they may have taken it down. But I doubt the rules made any distinction between online orders and phone orders. Maybe the best approach is to say you tried to place the order on the phone during the winnning hour but csr won't take it.
I called back and spoke to "scott" and he said "they are currently making a list of all the ppl who called and sending it to those in the promotions department".. he said they havent even begun to deal with it and they should know more tuesday or so.. he was very nice and made a lot of sense in the fact that customer service took so many names that they have to compile them and send them along to promotions who doesnt even know about the names so therefore coudln't add those names to the list on the webpage of winners.. Hopefully all will work out with some patience.

yeah, i was one of the phone orderers, and my name didn't appear either. I'm pretty pissed, but i just called and talked to some lady, and she re-took my name and info and said that she would get this all corrected. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif
