Any kind of inkjet mailing label will work. I myself bought a package of Office Max Avery Knock off labels. They work just fine. You only have to use the "special" (Fluorescent) labels when you are sending a letter. But of course when you are sending a letter you always have the choice of sending the envelope through your printer and using no label at all (that's what I do).

Just goto http://www.stamps.com/support/ and pick one of the options. Either live support, email, or calling their 1-800 number will work for you.

Well you are lucky. I tried to send one not on a flouresecent label and they sent it right back to me. I guess my post office is more picky then yours. Oh well.

My secretary signed us up (supposedly) for the power plan, but we were only credited with $20 postage not $60 and did not receive the scale. Anyone know what we did wrong? Thanks!

I don't believe she signed you up for the power plan. That is the basic plan it sounds like. You can always call (888)434-0055 and see if they would fix it for you. Good luck to you!

I am using the Power Plan and it's awesome. You will need to cancel within 30 days, not one month (that one day may make a difference). I've received the scale and a welcome pack which has a bunch of different labels you can use, and keep when you cancel.
I will probably switch to the $1.99 per month plan until my free postage runs out. In the long run I will save money that way. I.ve asked them about it and the first $19.99 month is still free that way.

Nice Mann: wow, Ive never had a letter returned b/c of using 5163 all white labels on the envelope! Did stamps.com tell you the flouresecnet labels MUST be used for envelopes?? (Im about at the end of my free postage anyway so it doesnt really matter but would still like to know!)

Well I tried it out when I first got an account (awhile back) and my local post office threw it back into my PO Box with a sticky note saying that I can use plain labels. So I did call stamps.com and ask them and they told me the same thing. I also went looking around and found it on their website http://www.stamps.com/support/answers/technical/envelopes/#8 Oh well I just print on envelopes anyways. I still wouldn't give up my account, too easy to do everything from home. I guess it's called being lazy. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
