Who's got a Radeon 64mb and running Win2k? NEED YOUR

I'm looking into getting a Radeon 64mb DDR VIVO, but I'm going to be running Win2k, and have read bad things about Radeon performance in Win2k. Can anyone confirm or say otherwise? Thanks.

i had a radeon aiw running in win2k working in win2k working perfectly. the performance wasnt as great, but it wasnt much lower. you have to keep in consideration that win2k isnt made to play games, but instead to offer a more stable and secure os for getting work done so most games will run slower in win2k than in win98

Yep.. I've been running a Radeon in Win2K until very recently.

Get the latest drivers from http://www.rage3d.com and you should be just fine. The newer drivers take a smaller performance hit than the old ones.

I never had any complaints about Win2K performance with the Radeon... and the image quality was better than any Nvidia card I've owned.
