hi all...

on some older systems, i have both Abit BF6 and BM6 motherboards (both use 440BX chipsets). however, under sisoft sandra v811 memory benchmark, the BF6 is scoring only about 155 and 165. whereas the BM6 is on par with the reference 440BX PC100 CL2 (scores in the 287 and 300 range). the BF6 is running a celeron 566@850 (8.5x100mhz FSB) while the BM6 is running a celeron 366@550. the BF6 has 384mb, at pc100 and cl2, while the BM6 has 256mb pc100 cl2. i've already tried reducing all the CAS,RAS and whatever other memory timings to 2. what bios settings am i still not tweaking? does the fact that i have an isa scsi card installed on the BF6 slow it down?

any insights would help.

thanks,
xzy
