Elsa Gladiac GF2Ultra vs. Asus V8200 Deluxe GF3

Hi im in a little mess right now. I was about to buy Elsa Gladiac GeForce 2 Ultra and some ppl say its worth to pay 80 more bucks and get gefore3. The thing is i wanted Elsa because it allowed me to buy a vivo module and use it for video-in and video-out. Then i thought what about Asus V8200 Deluxe GeForce3 cuz i twoo has in/out. But what i am wandering is which one of these two cards has a better capture quality. I know that geforce3 runs better on high res. then ultra, but does it have a better capture quality. Also both cards come with 3d glasses, do u know whose glasses are better. Just let me know is it worth spending extra 80 bucks to get Asus V8200 Deluxe GeForce3?
