please i need advise!!!

Um. I really need some advise regarding these two boards. I wanted to get ADM chipset based board and both of them have it. BUt what i need to know, is which one of these boards performs better and is better loaded. The two boards are:
Gigabyte GA-7DXR
and
EPoX 8K7A+

If you know let me know which one is better and why. I read many reviews and all of them say that these two boards fast and stable. I do like the idea that both of them have DDR Ram Slots, but Epox only goes to 1Gig. Also it seems that sound chip in Epox is worse(i wasn't going to buy a sound card if i were to get a creative chip in my board, at least not for now, since i dont have much dough). But i need some real points why i should chose one board over another.

They are both good boards and both perform great, it is just the matter of you decided which one you suits you better.

The Epox 8K7A+ has 6 PCI slots and 2 DIMM sockets and the Gigabyte GA-7DXR has 5 PCI slots and 3 DIMM sockets.

Edit: Tom can be Biased sometimes so take it like a grain of salt and don't always make your judgement on benchmarks, got to consider features too.

Is on an on-board sound chip good? I mean is it comparable to a full-fledged sound card? How's the sound quality on those boards mentioned?
