hi, i think i just shorted out my fan header. my case is pretty small and my cd-rom edge on the back hit the fan header while it was on. everything blinked off and now when i power back on all the fan headers have no more power. is there a way to fix it? if not, how do i rma something? do i send it back to the reseller or the manufacturer? which one is faster? thanx for the feedback

Shorting out the board kinda voids the waranty. If you neglect to mention this little fact you would call the seller and ask for an RMA. If the seller won't take it back, ask them how to contact the manufacturer.

If it's JUST the fan headers that shorted out, you can get some 3 to 4 pin adapters and plug the fans straight into the power supply.
