This seems like a really good deal with the rebates:

We just bought it from Amazon.com. No tax and it comes with a 32MB card.

Price Matching w/Staples + $40 off coupon is also another option. That makes it

STAPLES:
$199 PM
+ tax $15 (rounded)
-Coupon $40
- Rebate $50

Makes it about $125! (Remeber you do not receive the 32 MB CF card)

or at AMAZON:

$199 no Price Match Needed
No Tax!
- Coupon $15
- Rebate $50

Makes it $135 no hassle (But again this is without the 32 MB CF card)

OR: (Still at Amazon.com)
What I did, in part because I had already used the Amazon $15 off coupon was:

$199 no Price Match needed
add the 32Mg Card to your cart
add coupon code to subract price of the 32MB Card
- Rebate $50

They add shipping of $5 for the card.

Makes it $155 WITH 32MB card.

YOUR CHOICE!

Yes that's a bit high for a 32MB. But I didn't have to do the hassle of Price Matching and I'd much rather my money went to Amazon who I often get awsome deals through, than Staples.com who I often get hassles through. And in my situtuation I already have a 128mg card in my camera so Im going to swap and use the 32mg in the camera and give the IPAQ the 128MG. I have come to terms with the fact that I really dont need 550 photos at a time, lol, and I can always borrow it back for a vaction!

Hope this helps
