You can get that 200 minutes phone cards for 50 bucks (free actually), but if you use the 10-10-399 + area code and number, you get first 10 minutes for 50 cents and 4 cents per minute after that.
Like other 1010###s, there's no setup charges or monthly fees. So if you calculate it, it's 2.50 for the first hour of talking and 2.40 for every hour after that.
I know that the 200 minutes phone card deal is free, so go ahead and take advantage of it. But for those who use much more than that, try 1010399.
