they rock!
i ordered two pairs of snowboarding boots last febuary, for more then 50% off list price. one was for me, the other was for my roomate.
well, they didn't fit my roomate, so she was going to return them. or do something with them, who knows what. but she never did. so two weeks ago, 7 MONTHS after they've been sitting in the closet unused, she returned them to altrec for a full credit!!
can u believe that??
they don't even carry them anymore!
