Simple Rewards on Deals page???

I know this is a question and not a deal and I am a bad kid for doing this, but I think I would like to get in on this deal but would like some feed back.

Has anyone joined Simple Rewards and used them? If so, what are your thoughts? Any hidden charges on the Gift Certifcates?
Any other benefits worth mentioning?
Anything to watch out for?

I joined several months ago. On June 19, I requested 24 certificates for $25 for Home Depot. I am still waiting for the certificates. They are telling me that Home Depot certificates are backlogged but for 2 months?.
Customer service is poor. You will get different answers on different occasions. This would be a great great deal if it work but I am not confident. If anyone else has an experience better than mine I would like to hear about it.

I saw the deal and called them. You gotta take the certificates to the store and then they do something with them. Then you send in your receipts to get the 20% credit back to your card, which they say takes 6-8 weeks. I guess you should worry about them staying in business. Kind of a pain if you ask me.

This place kind of smells a little like the now defunct Cyber-rebate.com. Send me lots of money and let me hold it for 10 weeks or more and maybe I will disappear by then. Probably if you get in early it will work but down the road watch out.
