Ok, for any of you that have ever driven a forklift before and moved pallets of stuff around (I know Irishss has) you know how strellful it can be, espically when you dump one. Well today at work I dumped a pallet with 896 1 gallon empty cans... It sucked to clean up. Then after work I swung by Les Schwabs (tire center) to get my tires rotated, find out i need like $600 worth of work. Man the car isn't worth $600, well, maybe. Anyway, that is my suckage, not too bad, but annoying none the less.

ps, sorry if anyone is getting annoyed about my talking about the cannery, I guess the summer is just that exciting.

Look at the bright side - at least they weren't glass bottles of olive oil!

Hey, that's nothing. At least they weren't worth anything. I was working at my dad's warehouse one summer, and was closing up the front dock one afternoon, and dumped about $15K worth of chilean grapes into the parking lot. Suffice to say, those grapes got severly and radically marked down. Good thing it was Dad...I don't think I would have brought much home that summer if they'd made me pay for it!

Immagine, if you will, what would have happened if it was a load of small ball bearings...

You have a lot of catching up to do to match how much Ive dumped... Lets see here. 5 pallets of blueberries, 1 pallet raspberries, 1 pallet strawberries, Lord knows how many pallets of empty crates, and one totally f*&%ed up door header(dont forget to lower the mast before you go through the door!). But all in all, over 5 years, that's not too bad.

You're letting a minumum-wage-paying cheap-ass TIRE SHOP tell you that you need work done on your car?!? I'll be nice and suggest that you get AT LEAST one other opinion - this time from a real mechanic.

yeah oc, i went to kneckets and bought the parts for most of it for like $61 because irish's dad said he could help me with the brakes sometime, so it won't be nearly as bad as i thought. That was just the last hing I wanted to hear after having the brakes done 2.5 years ago and paying $250 for it... not again. yeah pennypinch, that is way worse and I rish, I hope I never catch up to you
