J&R has several stores in NYC. They are really huge, like blocks long. I have found that they are terribly expensive and not really that helpful in the customer service area. But....just my opinion. :-|

J&R is a huge store (I know only one actually) downtown Manhattan, takes up the whole block (extremly expancive rent). I like the costumers service though, but it is very expancive store + they don't reimburse you, they give you a store credit. :((

I'm not trying to tred on your esteemed name.

A "GlassHopper" is a specialized freight car used to transport scrap glass (cullet) back to the factory for recycling to be melted and re-processed into new glass.

(Yes, I am in the glass industry).
