Yet another broken campaign promise.
Bush will now have to borrow from Social Security to pay for his silly tax cut:

Its nothing new from government to use Social Security money. They did it for decades and now there's a huge stack of IOU's.

Well folks I think it's tiem to elect yours truly as President of these fine United States for if I was president I'd make good on ALL of thoes IOU's and replace the money by selling things in the White House on E-Bay!
Wow. I didn't expect him to break this particular promise until at least his second year in office. The guy is just full of surprises. I have to wonder though - what will be left for him to screw with if he does it all in his first year?

Nope. It's time for John Cusack. In fact, I am a block captain for his Presidential campaign.
If we ever run out of money, he can just go to the prop guy and get more.

Prop guy...that's a good one!
With all the money the federal government $pends you would think they could easily get $9 billion just by holding back the rate of spending increases.
