I'm confused... where is the "-$15(amazon code)" thing? as far as i can see, there's a rebate to get it to 50 bucks... but no code or anything to get it to 35.... hope there's nothing obvious that i'm missing here... thanks.

Nice deal.... all those who got the Ipaq or any of the good deals at Best Buy (the E-125) should appreciate this. I know I did, Amazon already had the best price on this modem, add the coupon and rebate and it's untouchable.
