I need help with pricematching using amex

Guys i bought Ram from crucial, and now the price droped, do you think i would be able to pricematch using AMex?
if yes what is the name of that service, "price garantee" something or other... and what's the number there. Thanks guys any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the number, do you know what that service is called cause i called them yesterday and they were like well you have to go back to the store so they give you a refund for the given price, and i know that, that ain't right

Yea that's what the rep said and then she is like but you have to go to the store and get the refund in price, but isn't amex supposed to give me the money back for it... or was the rep just ignorant

Call that number and they will ask for the orginal price and where and when you found the new price. They will then give you a claim number and tell you to either mail or fax a copy of the receipt and advertisement.
