Thanks, with this market, I'll need it.
So if anyone in the Philly area knows of a Desk Side Support position, let me know...

It does suck, but be thankful you got some notice. When my bunch was let go from M$ there was no notice at all.
I haven't been able to find anything, and my bennies run out soon. I'm starting to panic.

My last company of 8 months did the same to me. I just can't hold a job.

I no longer even remember what an office job is like.
The dot com mess really sucks.
So far my best shot is a "Data Entry/PC Specialist" gig paying $12/hr. I made $20/hr at my last place. Oh well. Better than unenjoyment or no job at all.
Once I get gainfully employed, I'm going to focus my efforts into getting to Antarctica.

Now they pushed the date back. It's like they kick you in the teeth and then say "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean that."
Not stopping me from looking now.

That's just piss poor management. Why bother? Is it like any of the people you're now-firing-later are going to be at all motivated/effective/pleasant to be around? Of course not! Someone above you should get fired for that.
I mean, I suppose that's a good thing, but overall, you're probably wise to get getting out of that situation now. Sounds like the joint's run by baboons.
Alright, someone tell me how to working the farkin' font button.

Maybe you can't have lines breaking up paragraphs?

Bastards. Employers have no loyalty at all to their employees. We're meat, and they're butchers. I don't expect it to be any different, but it does indicate how we, as employees, should act.
