I suppose first I should deinfe the genre. MMORPGs are massively multiplayer online role-playing games in the style of Ultima Online, Everquest, Anarchy Online, and WW2: Blitzkrieg. Do any of you guys actually play these games? I'm currently debating purchasing Anarchy Online because these types of games do sound cool (although the Everquest idea did annoy me for some reason). Some of the games that I am most looking forward to fit this genre, I can't wait for either Worlds of Warcraft or Star Wars Galaxies (more the latter than the former, as long as LucasArts doesn't screw the pooch on this one)...but I'm going to have to on either o****, because neither is scheduled for anything sooner than a Second Half 2002 release date...
Well...would anyone advise buying Anarchy Online, or if I bought it would any of you be interested in buying and working together or whatever you do in this type of game?
Proving my dorkiness,
