There are no new episodes of many shows during the Summer. It's an off season, so the Simpsons will be new starting this month I believe or possibly October.

Ok people first of all i love the simpsons, and i learned many things from them however you have to admit that they started slipping the past 2 seasons, i mean half the episodes were not funny.... it sucks but you have to admit it

But homer can never be lame!!! He is the best guy ever made!! I was also wondering...are Bart and Lisa still in the same grade as in first season?

I'd have to agree that homer rules though, he is always funny, he should dump those losers and make his own show... homer in the west wing or E.R. with homer that should be pretty funny... hey it makes sense in my head

Follow Homer around in a day of beer drinking and sleeping on the job. Watch him as he sits in front of the tv . . . all day. Tune in to FOX on Saturdays for the Homer Simpson Show!

yea, the last season of the Simpsons was really strange, if not, totally weird. It was as if they were making an effort to get kicked off Fox. When Matt Groening (sp?) came by our school, he said that it was the 'trend' at the time to make those bizarre episodes. I just hope next season will be better.

Married with Children was funny for a couple of seasons, but it got old pretty quick after that. I mean there is only so much you can do on network TV.
It might be good if they did new seasons with a totaly new premise. Al Bundy, the worlds greatest loser inherits (through an odd series of events) a few hundred Million bucks (the money kind, not the dog).
THe money could come with all sorts of strings attached, participation in community events, education for the kids, no divorce, must live in the mansion, must keep the old staff (that hates them for the losers that they are). Throw in a few references to that snooty Clampett family (old oil money or something like that) that lives dow the street, and you have a winner.

The Simpsons would be sadly missed if this were true. I have to admit I haven't been watching it much lately. There is a point when shows must end, though.

What are some of the longest running shows? anyone?

did you know the Olsen twins have their own video game? I think its on gameboy. They also have countless made-for-tv movies, coupla made-for-fox-family-or-disney tv series, coupla albums (Best of...) and a whole line of merchandise ranging from stationary to little girls' accessories.

Why I know this, i dont know.... :hoboy:

The Olsen twins also have their own magazine. They have 3-4 games for gameboy not just one. My daughter loves them. *sigh*

And as for the Simpson's. I posted an article about them being thought as a religious show...
will find the link..

that reminds me... I have work to do.
