I don't like all the information they make you provide. I want my passport account to remain as anonymous as possible...
I think I'll pass.
However, FYI: there are about 5 cracks for this if anyone is looking to continue to "try it out" after the 180 days...:hmm:

I don't know what you are talking about. Installing bugs? My computer has never worked better or crashed less. Introducing a virus? I take that you mean it has low security or something which remains to be seen. I don't see how you can presume so much being that I doubt that you have heavily tested it yourself under a variety of conditions, so basically you made an ignorant statement.

What do you mean? I run XP and I have to restart like once a day...or my computer restarts for me. I have installed it twice, and have seen stability and multi-threading issues that I never saw in 2000. Hey, if you're comparing it to 98 or ME, ANYTHING is better than those operating systems. When I was using that, I had to restart once every 1/2 day. So, maybe you're right, maybe I AM ignorant.
I've had XP final for about 4 days and I haven't had to restart yet. It doesn't have memory leaks like 98 or ME had. It preforms exactly as stable as 2k but it is amazingly more compatable. You have to admit that when you upgraded you didn't have to download the same amount of drivers that you did for 2k, and you had much less hardware conflict problems.

Folks, please, too many of these posts lately are skirting overt piracy issues. Microsoft will gleefully sic lawyers on this board and have it shut down if they believe it promotes piracy.

True, but all the extra drivers make XP more bloated...in regards to hardware conflit problems...I still have the same amount... In regards to stability vs. that of 2k, I'd have to say that it's definitely not as stable due to the new bloatedness in the software.
For someone who used 98 and ME when they could've been using a Linux distro or NT/2000, I seriously question your ability to accurately assess the OSes.
Anyways why would someone "l33t" be using 98/ME?
I've found that people who use Linux and brag about it like they are better or smarter are pathetic. Also, most people I know that use Linux also have a windows computer too, or at least a windows partition.
As for the personal attack saying that I'm some kind of loser for using 98se, I would have upgraded to 2k at its launch but there werent hard drive controllers for my board and the company never released them, so I was SOL. My signiture is a joke by the way, I should hope that no one would seriously refer to themselves as a h4x0r.
