That's like the one they have at the ESPN zone....
espnzone also has a monitor, telling you how far you've gone, comparing you to the person next to you, etc....
pretty cool

Maybe I don't get the point of it...It just seems stupid to climb up 3 feet and have to climb back down to climb up more...

all i see is kids climbing it...looks more like a child discipline device than a work out machine. what do you think?
oblongmelon can use it for the soccer brats.

ucbstan, im pretty sure it moves as you climb... therefore its a "neverending" sort fo deal... except you never are more than a few feet off the ground.

I saw one of those once . . . I was trying to figure out why you would only climb 7 feet high (not much of a challange), never knew that it rotated to make you feel as if you keep climbing.
Heh . . . they could use that at a fair . . . turn it up real fast. If you stay on for a while you get a prize, if not, you fall on your bum.

reminds me of when i was in atlantic city, on the boardwalk, they had this one thing where you had to like climb across a gap using one of those army type rope ladders. but it was tied to this like swivel thing that made you fall off if you didn't keep your balance, it was funny watching my cousing fall...and fall...and fall...
