I'm been relatively teflon for most of my driving career. I've never been caught speeding. I've been pulled over 7 times now, but each time I've gotten a warning. Last night I got busted in Radnor doing 46 in a 25. I'm gonna try and get the fine reduced, $150 is a bit too much for me...

I have noticed that most cops frown on going almost twice the speedlimit...

Whoa! Radnor Rolls is a place I havent thought about in years and years! Although last time I went by there I thought the name had changed to something completely different. Then again that was a few years ago at this point. ( As for location: If i remember right it is on Lancaster Ave right by the bridge that passes over part of Villanova. - There is a diner right there in front of where Radnor Rolls used to be and there is an entrance to the Blue Route there too)

I dont know how you escaped getting tickets all the other times, most of my friends got pulled over by the wonderful Lower Merion Police Department and every time they came away with a ticket. I guess the Radnor Township officers are nicer. Personally I never got pulled over but it wasnt for their lack of trying. Gotta love all of the backroads in that neck of the woods especially when you were going 90 when they saw me.

I don't care about the ticket, what happened to you and chick??? :P

I'm a ticket magnet...I got 2 tickets for travelling "between 96 and 100" in a "65 zone". Those CHP people are so funny. Both times, they said it was too severe to drop, but they did give me severly reduced citations (80 in a 65). Punks.

ohh..I also got a San diego Red Light Camera ticket. That plus the lawyer cost me nearly 500 dollars.

Yeah, me neither. It just suddenly popped into my head when he said Radnor. I used to live in Haverford, but that was 13 years ago when I was a wee boy. I vaguely remember Radnor Rolls though. I also remember the ice rink in Haverford.

*big sigh* memmmmm-oh-ries..

I got my 4th ticket last week :-( I now have (2) 40 in a 25, (1) 72 in a 55, (1) 77 in a 55 :-(
But.. I've talked my way out of three other tickets :-) Once, the cop asked for my phone number, and I gave it to him - No ticket :-)

cop: "why would that make you go faster?"

cop: "i dont follow you" <i.e. "i dont understand">
me: "if you dont follow me then how could you pull me over? does that mean i can go now?"
cop: "hehe yeah sure, be careful"

46 in a 30

Yeah, Radnor Rolls is gone I think. I've never seen it, and I've been up around 'nova often, although this is my first ticket/pullover in the area. About that ice rink...The Skatium. My brother plays ice hockey there. Go Hawks!

And as for all the nosy people wondering about what was going on with Chick and I, I can assure you that it was nothing. Just a little disagreement. She's stubborn, and so am I, and sometimes no one gives in. Something that has to be worked on. I'll let you guys know if things are gonna burst into flames, but I don't see that happening anytime soon

We were not being nosy! We are emotionally envolved in this too! Here we were giving you advice about Chick, letting us know how things were going, and now you tell us you were arguing??

LOL

We are just keeping you on your toes. Don't hurt Chick, we are watching....

It's all good. Things are good. Outside of her persistent indecisiveness, and the stubborn thing that is. We butt heads from time to time, but never anything to serious. She's still great, and I hope this thing lasts for a long time.

Wow women have that ability... i think it's the breasts, they have a magic affect on any male cop...ughh let me refraze that, on any male.
See what sucks is if i was to pull out my **** in front of a female cop, i'd probably be sprayed with tear gas, beaten with a club and then taken to jail
