I use Serv-U FTP and OHTTPD for a webserver. Serv-U is the best little FTP server out there i think. Very managable, and easy to setup / use / customize.

The Webserver software is great too. Again, very customizable etc., and you can run multiple sites off it at once. Also, its not subject to the Code Red worm :D
