news reported 100-800 bodies left to be recovered in the pentagon

wow, talk bout a wide estimate.

CNN just reported (@ 10:30 PM EDT) that casualties at the Pentagon could be as high as 800 persons. Additionally, they are reporting the number injured to be between 100 and 800.

A very good friend of mine works with presidential communications. He might have been at the Pentagon today. Try though I may to reach him and his family today, I haven't heard anything...

Please God, be with all touched by this tragedy.

My uncle works at the Pentagon, but ended up safe thankfully. I hope everyone else has a happy ending. Ironically, my father is an emergency worker in north Jersey and has responded to the WTC but was not there when it collapsed. I have met quite a few of NY fire rescue and am hoping they are okay.

Ironically, they seemed to indicate that it hit the domestic anti-terrorism sections (not communications)

I just heard on ABC a preliminary casualty estimate of 800.

i think it was planned, they talked about it the whole day, that this was a section that deals exactly with these kinds of terrorist acts
