Hey, i just got through reading your posts about "ERIC" frauding you. I'm in the same situation...I got cheated out of 650 bucks for a set of car rims from some guy in Canada. He kept lying to me and now he's not responding to my e-mails. It's been over 6 months because i didnt' know what i could do. I paid with a money order but tracing it doesn't seem to help. DO you know of any way i can get my money back....i dont' know the laws in canada so is there anyone there i can contact to confront him? I hope you got your money back and thought that you might be able to help.....any input would be great. Thanks

first off.....skyjuice, if you have that much time to post just to tell me that i didn't use proper grammar, then you need to find something better to do. Second, this transaction took place over e-mail. I found the guy's ad on thepartstrader.com.

hey- I am just simply pointing out atrocious grammar. I am embarrased for whoever wrote "frauded".. I am TOTALLY EMBARASSED. I dont know who wrote it, i dont care.. I feel bad for that person, that the perons really thinks in there head that that is how you correctly use that word as a verb. It saddening and disheartening.. I just pray to god one day that i don't ever sounds like that.. Ever.. I know garbage men that talk better than that.. So sad..

You must hav a real ****in lame ass life to have enough time to go around analyzing everyone's grammar. You're grammar isn't even that good. So go **** yourself. If you look at the subject...its is directed to SUMGAI, not you.

ok, let's bring it down.
Sky, you were a little out of line.
It's over now, and also, irrelevent.

bleudyno: Did you get sellers full information (Name, Address, Phone)?
What did thepartstrader.com have to say about the situation?

Where did this take place? I'm in Manitoba, Canada, if that would help you (Check a map, Manitoba's a province:). I don't check this much so email me
[email protected] if I can help.

Well, bleudyno...
If you have your receipt (don't anyone try and correct my spelling or I'll personally kick their ass), you should be able to go to the Post-Office, turn in your receipt, and have them track who it was that cashed it and where. Now, what I was told, I don't know how valid this is, is that the money order has to have been bought 6 weeks prior to the Post Office tracking it. Otherwise, it won't work. Now also, like someone posted earlier, if you used USPS to send it, they are guilty of mail fraud as well. Mail fraud is a felony, and even if the person is in Canada, they will seek extradition. This guy could be facing about 5-10 years in prison if caught (especially if they can connect him to prior cases of mail fraud. Good luck.
