This is pretty weird.
Now I can't ask people "why wouldn't you?" without paying a fee :(

Of course it is! Patents and trademarks have gotten incredibly out of hand. Priceline.com has a patent on "using the internet to get the best deals" or some such nonsense. Too much greed, too many lawyers looking for something to do...

Ah, yes...
Because the question "Why wouldn't you?" is such a burst of genius, such a sheer marvel of inspiration, that no one, without great time, investment, and capital, could have thought it up on their own. As such, it is OBVIOUSLY worth the protection of our legal system, and deserves to be guarded by money and lawyers. :rolleyes:

I'm gonna trademark every four letter word I can think of... and just let the bucks roll in from every r-rated movie, every non-children's book, and every prime time television show.
They can either pay me, or they can sound like the Disney channel.
