How'd you guys make out in the market today (I know there are day-traders out there!)

Unfortunately, I do not trade on the Jewish Holy days.

Hopefully things will be ok on Thursday when I resume.

Likely the "wave" was the "short squeeze" of people forced to cover their shorts by buying long and this forced the market higher which cascaded to forcing more people to cover. Once they covered, there was a demand vacuum and this crashed it back down.
